Filled with photos, stories from FSO musicians, founders, and long-time subscribers, and a special message from Maestro Hudson the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Book beautifully lays out the impressive history of the FSO, and is very special trip down memory lane.  The Golden Anniversary CD (included) Contains recordings of Santiago Rodriguez playing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concert No. 3in D Minor, Op. 30 which engendered repeated ovations when it was first played with the FSO on 9/19, 2006. David Kim’s rendition of Brahms Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 77, 16-year-old Ji-Yong’s version of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 in C Minor, Op. 37,  Leonard Slatkin conducting Barber’s Second Essary, Op.17, and Gershwin’s A Symphonic Portrait of Porgy & Bess make up the rest of the CD.
