The Fairfax Symphony joins The Fairfax Ballet in collaboration to present the timeless holiday favorite, The Nutcracker. This production is unique in the Washington metro region, presented with LIVE musical accompaniment by a full orchestra! The Fairfax Ballet Company dances to Tchaikovsky’s score performed live by the Fairfax Symphony.
Featuring guest soloists from New York City Ballet — Emily Kikta as Sugar Plum Fairy and Alec Knight as Cavalier.
Enjoy a winter wonderland of dancing Snowflakes, Candy Canes, a Ginger Bread House, with epic battles between heroic Toy Soldiers and Mischievous Mice…plus the Sugar Plum Fairy and Nutcracker Prince.
